Rob joined the staff of Mill Creek Community Church in early 2022. He and his wife, Sue, have found MCCC to be a welcoming community and joyful place to grow in faith. They have three adult children who all live in the area. Pastor Rob attended Calvin Seminary (M.Div) and Fuller Seminary (D.Min) and served as pastor of two previous church

Pastor Rob is on the board of INCOR and spends time each year in India, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Venessa is a wife and a mother of three wonderful children. She has attended Mill Creek Community Church for over 15 years. She loves to teach Sunday school and volunteer in our community. She has raised her children in the community and now enjoys working in the MCCC office.

Maggie is a Seattle native. She, her husband, Mike and two girls: Hattie and Lulu, live in Shoreline and love making music, art and food together. She is classicaly trained in violin, saxophone, trombone, and a self-taught guitar player. She loves music of all genres but especially loves the transcendent experience of participating in the work of connecting people to the Holy Spirit.

Kari grew up in nearby Edmonds and is a teacher. She has two boys and a few dogs, though she doesn't bring the dogs to church. It's not that they don't believe in God, it's just that they howl a lot when they hear good preaching, so that just won't work at MCCC . . . . for obvious reasons.

Church Council
Our church is guided by the Council’s caring and dedicated volunteer women and men who govern the church as servant leaders. These elders and deacons pray and work together in order to lead the church in accomplishing what God has called us to do in our community and the world. Elders and deacons are chosen by congregational vote and serve three year terms. MCCC is part of regional group of churches that provide mutual accountability and support.
Elders
Our elders, in partnership with our pastor, focus on the spiritual life of the congregation. They oversee the teaching ministries, worship, and preaching ministries of the church and lead us in maturing as disciples following Christ.
Deacons
Our deacons are dedicated to helping those in our church and community when they encounter a difficult time in their lives. They oversee the finances of our church and lead our congregation in meeting the needs of our immediate community and even in the larger world.
