Mill Creek Church is committed to creating and maintaining programs within our church community, in which children, youth, adults, staff and volunteers can worship, learn and work together in an atmosphere free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, exploitation and intimidation.
Mill Creek Church’s Safe Church Policy is designed to establish proper education and procedures to prevent, respond and deal with any and all forms of abuse and misconduct. All staff & volunteers are trained in Safe Church procedures and must pass a background check.
When adults and leaders are interacting with children and youth, all participants need to be assured they are in a safe place. Our intent is to create an environment that follows appropriate guidelines and boundaries, ensuring everyone’s safety.
